Limited Warranty

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

RailroadStrap.com warrants its railroad strapping, tie-down webbing, and cargo securement hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions, subject to the terms and limitations set forth below.

Warranty Period

Products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end customer. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to make a warranty claim.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Webbing failures resulting from manufacturing flaws such as improper weave or defective stitching
  • Hardware defects such as buckle failure, ratchet mechanism malfunction, or premature corrosion under normal use
  • Label or load rating marking errors

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including abrasion, fading, or surface corrosion over time
  • Damage caused by overloading, misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by chemical exposure, improper storage, or extreme environments
  • Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than RailroadStrap.com
  • Products used beyond their rated Working Load Limit (WLL)
  • Products used in violation of AAR rules or applicable regulations
  • Damage from accidents, negligence, or acts of nature

Exclusive Remedy

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product or, at our option, a refund of the purchase price. In no event shall RailroadStrap.com be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
