RailroadStrap.com offers wholesale pricing and reseller accounts for qualified businesses, distributors, and rail industry professionals.
Who Qualifies for Wholesale?
- Railroad equipment distributors and suppliers
- Industrial supply companies and MRO distributors
- Freight logistics and intermodal companies
- Construction and crane rigging companies
- Hardware retailers and industrial dealers
- Government agencies and military contractors
Wholesale pricing is not available to end consumers purchasing for personal use.
Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale accounts are subject to minimum order quantities and/or minimum dollar amounts. Specific minimums depend on the product category and are disclosed during account setup. Custom-cut or special-order products have separate minimum requirements.
Pricing and Discounts
Approved wholesale accounts receive tiered discounts based on order volume. Pricing is provided after account approval and may be updated periodically. Wholesale prices are confidential and may not be publicly advertised below our published MSRP without prior written authorization.
Payment Terms
New wholesale accounts are set up on prepayment terms (credit card or wire transfer). Established accounts in good standing may apply for Net-30 payment terms upon request, subject to credit review.
Reseller Responsibilities
- Accurately representing products, load ratings, and compliance information to end customers
- Maintaining proper product labeling including Working Load Limit (WLL) markings
- Compliance with all applicable AAR rules, DOT regulations, and state/local requirements
- Providing customers with appropriate safety and usage instructions
Drop Shipping
Drop shipping arrangements are available on a case-by-case basis for approved wholesale partners. Contact us to discuss drop ship capabilities and any applicable fees.
