RailroadStrap.com is committed to delivering your railroad strapping and tie-down products quickly and reliably. Below are our standard shipping policies.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates begin from the day of shipment, not the order date. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on the website. Large or heavy orders may require freight shipping and will be quoted separately.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Additional shipping charges and transit times may apply. Contact us for a freight quote on large orders to these locations.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve US customers. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at [email protected]. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Claims for lost shipments must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
